Health & Wellness
The Ultimate in Wellness, Recovery, Anti-aging & Longevity
The health, well-being, and productivity of all of us comes down to the amount of energy we can produce inside our cells that allows us to function at-ease, as opposed to a function of dis-ease. This is the job of mitochondria, and their ability to produce biological energy, known as ATP.
Immersing oneself in the essential lifegiving molecules that allow life to exist in the first place, is one of the single most beneficial things one could ever do to replenish and rejuvenate regularly.
The natural raw energy source of life must be,obtained and ingested for life to live
The health, well-being, and productivity of the people, animals, aquatic, and plant life on our planet all come down to mitochondria, mitochondrial function, and their ability to produce biological energy, known as ATP. These little energy conversion marvels are inside virtually every single cell in our bodies, and they are the key to true health, wellness, and longevity.
Having enough of this biological energy is critical, and it allows our cells to function at ease, as opposed to functioning at a dis-ease. If a cell cannot function correctly or repair itself after damage, it will deteriorate until failure and will need to be replaced.
If enough biological energy is unavailable to remediate this dis-ease of function, accumulation results and consequences become apparent. This is true for virtually every cell in the body, and in many cases, it is in the skin where we notice early signs as well as the obvious advanced result of poor mitochondrial function and health.

Energy Conversion...
For mitochondria to produce biological energy, they first need access to the raw energy supply, which can then be converted. Just like in electrical energy, we need an active or positive to donate an electron and a neutral or negative to receive an electron, creating an electron transfer and current.
In nature, these energy components are called hydrogen (the donor of electrons) and oxygen (the receiver of electrons). It is in the mitochondria where this chemical energy (hydrogen) is converted to biological energy (ATP). Our bodies make a huge effort to ensure this process keeps up and meets demand, and it is exactly why a good, healthy diet, exercise, and the avoidance of pollutants and toxins enable one to be “healthy.”
Functioning at Ease...
It is unfortunate, but it is becoming increasingly challenging to do all the things we need to achieve these “good health” objectives due to the increasing pollutants around us and the compromised farming practices that supply our food and beverages. This challenges the raw energy supply needed to create the biological energy required to function at ease and the vitality and longevity that come from it.
It is now known that supplementing molecular hydrogen and oxygen significantly boosts mitochondria’s ability to increase production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). In fact, published scientific literature suggests an increase of up to 50% while these nutrients are available in abundance to the mitochondria.
This is enormously beneficial for improving cellular function, which is why the literature indicates that molecular hydrogen is so beneficial across so much of the body and for so many conditions.
ATP - The Common Thread...
The therapeutic effects of molecular hydrogen for a wide range of disease models are becoming increasingly well documented, with thousands of scientific articles identifying the significant beneficial effects that hydrogen has not only on the human body, benefiting more than 170 dis-ease models, but all living systems that use oxygen in metabolism.
Molecular hydrogen in the body will improve the health and life span of the body’s mitochondria and cells by reducing the toxic superoxide and hydroxyl radicals created during energy production. These radicals can damage all cell components, including proteins, lipids, and DNA.
There is a large and diverse international market waiting for a way to access the therapeutic benefits of molecular hydrogen. Several years ago, scientific papers used words like “it may” or “it could”, but in the last 2-3 years, the language has changed. Now, terms like “it is proven” or “it will” and “it does” are being used, signifying an acceptance that the base evidence produced to date is now recognized by the scientific community as proven. This allows for research progression from a given fundamental understanding.
Hydrogen and Oxygen Rich Water...
The most significant biological discovery of our time is making waves worldwide, and there is a huge demand for it. People will prefer solutions that seamlessly fit into their lifestyles, and holidaymakers will increasingly prioritize wellness and rejuvenation when deciding where to go and what to do.
The methods for ingesting molecular hydrogen vary, and each method may have different benefits. Breathing and infusing hydrogen into the bloodstream can address cellular function primarily in high blood flow areas of the body. Drinking hydrogen and oxygen-infused water helps with hydration and provides essential fuel for the body. Bathing allows direct contact with the skin, promoting softness, relaxation, repair, regeneration, and an immediate boost of energy and vitality.
Imagine bathing and swimming in a completely chemical-free pool of “life-giving energy.” After getting out of the water, you feel much younger and healthier. Your skin becomes softer, wounds and blemishes repair and fade, ailments dissipate, and you feel more alert. Your mind clears, and your energy levels rise. It truly is an addictive experience that you will want to have again and again.
Increasing the energy and ATP production in the cells of a body represents enormous benefit and can quite literally, change your life.
There is an extensive volume of scientific literature developing suggesting considerable benefit is possible across many conditions affecting many people from all over the world. We make no claims ourselves and leave that work up to the research scientists of the world however, literature can be found on the following subjects if one cares to conduct their own research.
Hydrogen’s main effector is the Mitochondria
H2 increases the ATP production in the mitochondria by 50% while boosting the antioxidant system and reducing the production of superoxide, the precursor of the dreaded hydroxyl radical. Excessive free radicals can cause unnecessary oxidative stress, leading to cellular damage and accelerated ageing and deterioration. H2 dramatically reduces oxidative stress, thus protecting cells from damage. H2 may therefore help protect cellular components, including DNA, proteins, and lipids, from oxidative damage. This preservation of cellular integrity can slow the ageing process, thus promoting longevity. H2 improves mitochondrial function, enhancing overall cellular health and vitality.
Hydrogen Benefits Rejuvenation and Reducing Inflammation
Molecular hydrogen (H2) has attracted attention for its potential to reduce signs of ageing. It is believed to primarily exert its anti-ageing effects through its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as increased cellular energy levels. Chronic inflammation is also a major contributor to ageing and age-related diseases. Molecular hydrogen has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. While it can slow down the signs of ageing, it can also benefit athletes dealing with chronic inflammation, injury, exhaustion, recovery, and cellular repair. Hydrogen not only reduces inflammation itself but also assists in repair and regeneration.
Skin Health
Hydrogen-rich water and topical hydrogen applications are being studied for their potential to enhance skin health and reduce wrinkles and age spots. Additionally, H2 may help prevent and treat skin conditions such as I/R injury, UV-induced skin injury, acute erythematous skin disease, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, pressure ulcers, burns, and arsenic toxicity.
Skeletal Muscle & Soft Tissue
ATP is the primary fuel required for muscle repair, the biological process of folding proteins and the creation of tissue. As all elite sports people know, recovery following one exhaustive performance is vital before commencing the next, and those that do it best throughout the tournament or season, quite often are the winners on the last day.
Brain Health
According to studies, molecular hydrogen has been found to have neuroprotective effects. It may help in slowing cognitive decline and age-related neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, it could decrease the risk of cerebrovascular diseases, hypertensive stroke, cerebral I/R injury, and traumatic brain injury. Furthermore, molecular hydrogen’s ability to increase ATP production may help alleviate the effects of Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, restraint-induced dementia, and senile dementia.
Longevity
While research is ongoing, there is extensive circumstantial evidence to suggest that molecular hydrogen may extend lifespan in certain organisms, possibly by mitigating age-related damage at the cellular level.
The prominent and therapeutic effects of molecular hydrogen (H2 gas) are emerging to the forefront of scientific research. Us humans are continuously fighting the battle against cardiovascular disease, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, dementia, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis and asthma to name but a few. The search for a simple method to prevent such ailments, and in short to slow or halt the aging and degeneration process, is not a new concept. This idea seems to be prevalent throughout the history of mankind, including the writings of Herodotus about the Fountain of Youth. The more research that accumulates about molecular hydrogen, the more it appears to have the sought after properties of the so called “Fountain of Youth”
Whether or not we are ever able to find thisFountain of Youth, only time will tell, however, until that time comes, perhaps we’ll just have to settle for a “Pool of Life”.
